INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE GUIDELINE on
“HIGHER EDUCATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: THEORY, METHODOLOGY AND DEVELOPMENT TRENDS”

The purpose of the conference
We are pleased to inform you that we will organize an international conference with the following objectives:
· to identify the duties and responsibilities of higher education in the policies of future perspectives for the sustainable development of higher education in Mongolia
· to study and disseminate the future possibilities for sustainable development, the challenges for and achievements of higher education in Mongolia
· to learn from international experiences, and further identify and improve the role of higher education in the future of Mongolia's sustainable development.

Scope of the conference
Foreign and domestic universities, research institutes, representatives of government and business organizations, project organizations and units, scientists, researchers and specialists.
Conference arrangement
Phase I: Receipt of presentation requests, abstracts
Abstracts of articles to be submitted to the conference organizing committee will be received from September 10, 2021 until October 20, 2021 at the email address researchworks@otgontenger.edu.mn. The conference organization committee will review abstracts and provide a response before October 25, 2021 by email. The article may also be presented as a poster during the conference, in which case the author will be notified within the above-mentioned period.
Phase II: To receive speeches, articles
The full paper to be delivered at the Conference must be submitted by November 01, 2021 with .docx extension, to researchworks@otgontenger.edu.mn and by November 5, 2021 with PPT extension.

Requirements for Presentations and Articles
· Name of the article
· Full name of the researcher, address of the organization
· Abstract - Summarize the content of the research work. It must include studied issues, research methodology, and research findings (statistical processing) results. Keywords have to be identified and defined. The abstract should be written in English and Mongolian in 250-300 words.
· Introduction: Includes background for choosing a topic, significance of the topic, the need for this study, assumptions.
· Methodology: Includes research methods and techniques, research activities, steps, data collection methods, data processing and analysis.
· Research findings: Includes achieved results with statistical evidence and proof of research work.
· Conclusion, proposal: Summarize research findings. It also determines how the results of research work have scientific and practical significance. Include proposals for discussion.
· Bibliography: Works cited from books, research papers and articles newspapers, magazines, and websites must be listed in the bibliography section according to the APA standard.
Structural standards for the articles
· Text information format should be written according to APA standard.
· The research paper should be written in a file with *dos extension on A4 pages in Arial font, font height 11p.
· Text should be 2.2 cm from the left edge, 2.5 cm from the right edge, and 2.5 cm from the top and bottom of the page.
· Line spacing should be 1 pt and paragraph spacing should be 6 pt.
· The title of the article should be written in capital letters, 16pt high and in bold. Subheadings should be written in 14pt, in bold format on the left side.
· Write on pages 7-9 of A4 paper.
Format for charts and pictures
· Each chart or figure with a research article should have a number and a name, they must be numbered in the order in which they appear in the research work.
· Write the chart number and name at the top right of it in 11p font, in bold, italic format parallel to the right.
· Write the figure number and name with 11pt font at the top and in bold, italic format, parallel to the main part.
· Be sure to list the sources in the charts and figures, at the bottom of the chart and the figure, type in italic format from the new line parallel to the left.
The format of the list of used books, publications and sources
· Write the list of used books, publications and sources in alphabetical order distinguishing between Mongolian and foreign languages and write in ARA style.
· Write the first letter of the author's surname, name and title of the work (italic), or to write if published in a magazine, the name of the magazine, volume, number of editions, city and place of publication, date of publication, page number when sorting and listing the books, publications, and sources used.
